Terms of Service

Client Stream provides custom AI automation services including voice agents, chat assistants, content and ad systems, CRM integrations, and workflow automation. Services are delivered on a project basis with scope determined during the audit phase.

Each project begins with a free AI audit. Once you agree to proceed, a scope-of-work document outlines deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Work begins only after written confirmation from both parties.

Clients provide accurate business information, timely access to required platforms (WhatsApp Business, CRM, calendar), and prompt feedback during the build.

Payment structures are defined in each project agreement. Typical arrangements include an upfront setup fee and a monthly retainer for ongoing optimization and support.

While we design systems to improve conversion and efficiency, we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volumes, or conversion rates. Results vary by business type, market, and engagement.

Custom configurations, prompts, and workflows remain the property of Client Stream unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients retain ownership of their business data and content.

Both parties keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, including processes, customer data, pricing, and technical configurations.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Either party may terminate a project with 30 days' written notice. On termination, the client is billed for work completed up to that date.

We may update these terms. Changes are posted here with an updated date.
